Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on June 21, 2021 found that Intra-National Home Care, LLC ha corrected the deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart A. Chapter 51. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on June 1, 2021.
